A few years ago, I would have reprimanded him for not cleaning up after his bath. But now that he's getting older, I don't know how many more times I'll see these monster trucks lined up on the edge of the tub. So I was smiling this morning when I saw them still there from his bath the night before.

ReplyDeleteUntil my son was around 4 months old, he wanted to be held 24/7. With tired arms I called my grandmother (who raised 5 babies.). She told me how one of her children was the exact same way, and to ENJOY the snuggles while they last. Boy, was she right! My son just turned 3 and I usually get a quick hug and kiss once a day, and I know it won't be long before they're few and far between.
