Day 9/365

A few years ago, I would have reprimanded him for not cleaning up after his bath.  But now that he's getting older, I don't know how many more times I'll see these monster trucks lined up on the edge of the tub.  So I was smiling this morning when I saw them still there from his bath the night before.

  2. Awww, my daughter is 10 and I've been thinking things like this with her too. I'm not ready to not have toys lying around anymore!

  3. It all goes by SO quickly!

Until my son was around 4 months old, he wanted to be held 24/7. With tired arms I called my grandmother (who raised 5 babies.). She told me how one of her children was the exact same way, and to ENJOY the snuggles while they last. Boy, was she right! My son just turned 3 and I usually get a quick hug and kiss once a day, and I know it won't be long before they're few and far between.
